Can you help if I am unsure who controls the domain, hosting or website?

Yes. Start with the website address and any account or provider names you recognise. I can help identify what access will be needed. Do not send passwords through the enquiry form.

Will the current website stay live while you work?

That depends on the scope and platform. For larger WordPress changes, I normally use backups and a staging or duplicate environment where available. The approach is agreed before any changes are made.

Can the work be a one-off update?

Yes. Work can be scoped as a one-off update, a staged improvement programme or ongoing support. Any continuing arrangement is agreed separately.
